Good value and a gr8 product! Very happy there was zero taste. Mix it In with sparkling water and it went down smooth. Already see it helping me after a 5 doses after a long gym layoff. Will purchase again!

A fitness trainer recommended adding creatine to my daily routine, and started in powder form but kept forgetting to add it before a workout. Using fitcode creating in capsule form has made it so much easier for me to fit into my morning routine, and I was able to see the results within days.

Creatine's main function is to enhance athletic performance. By rapidly regenerating ATP energy, it increases muscle strength, explosiveness, and performance during short bursts of high-intensity exercise, and also helps with muscle recovery and growth. Try it for a period of time before starting your fitness training to see the effects.

I take two capsules 20-30 minutes apart on my way to the gym. I feel energized, especially after I missed 10 days of training due to a cold. The quality is excellent, the taste is neutral, and the size is regular. I highly recommend it!

Creatinine is an important indicator of kidney function and is used to assess their performance. Its level in the blood is a reliable indicator of the rate at which the blood is cleansed of chemical waste and excess substances. The indicator is usually stable and depends on age and gender, muscle mass, and metabolic rate. The quality of the supplement is high, the capsule size is average.

Guys, this supplement is amazing and economical! It combines pure creatine monohydrate with arginine in one capsule. It makes a huge difference in athletic performance, giving you incredible power and energy during workouts. Plus, the arginine helps with blood flow and circulation (the pump). The best part is that it comes in vegetarian capsules, so you don't have to deal with the hassle of mixing powder with water and the unpleasant taste. The bottle contains 120 capsules, which will last you a good amount of time.
