Ashwagandha is one of those herbs that copes very well with stress when you are constantly on the move, sleep poorly and have obsessive thoughts. The ingredient is the herb Ashwagandha. The quality is excellent. The capsule size is regular. Do not exceed the dosage. Be careful if you have any thyroid disease, because Ashwagandha is an adaptogen.

Clean composition and stable mood every day
Finally found an effective Ayurvedic remedy! The huge advantage of the capsules is that they completely hide the specific smell of the root, which I don’t like at all in the powder. The size of the capsules is standard. The taste is not even noticeable. The composition is pure, and the quality is super: stress has receded, mood has become stable, and sleep is deep. If you have a lack of peace, these capsules are the perfect solution!

Ashwagandha, standardized extract, 450 mg is an Ayurvedic adaptogen for supporting the nervous system and stress tolerance. The quality is excellent: the capsules are neat, crumble-free, and the raw materials are stable. The ingredients are clear, and the standardized extract provides a predictable effect. The capsules are medium-sized and easy to take. The scent is light and herbal, characteristic of herbal ingredients, but not overpowering. Benefits are evident with regular use—stress is reduced, mood is balanced, and sleep is improved. Ashwagandha is traditionally used to support hormonal balance, including thyroid function, as part of a comprehensive approach. The taste is neutral, as the capsule format minimizes pronounced bitterness. Overall, this is a viable option for gentle adaptation support.
