IF YOU SUFFER FROM HEADACHES, in particular migraines, then this review will be useful to you. I have been suffering from severe headaches for 15 years, for any reason !!! In addition to endless searches for the cause of these terrible migraine attacks, I have to situationally use various painkillers like IBUPROFEN and TRIPTAN (anti-migraines, etc.). I don’t want to write about their toxicity and harm to the body .... But my hair from their frequent receptions climb notably. Problems with the liver and stomach began. As such, I am actively seeking natural and safe pain relievers. I decided to try ginger, because the essential oil in its composition: 1. It has pronounced ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PROPERTIES 2. It acts similarly to triptans, as an INHIBITOR OF SERATONIN REVEALING 3. Many other beneficial properties (antioxidant, anticoagulant, reduces acidity and blood levels, helps with PMS etc.). This particular form of ginger was recommended to me - alcohol concentrate from Herb Pharm. But ordering it turned out to be a real problem, for a long time, for some reason, it was NOT AVAILABLE FOR SENDING TO MY COUNTRY. So I ordered another, glycerin concentrate from Nature's Answer. I must say right away that Herb Pharm Ginger turned out to be much more effective and economical. Nature's Answer Ginger had a relatively mild, sweet taste and light odor, not very similar to the usual ginger root. I dripped 1-2 pipettes undiluted under my tongue and kept them in my mouth during attacks. Not 100%, but the effect was. Herb Pharm Ginger is very aromatic and pungent like fresh ginger root. During seizures, I dilute 0.5 to 1 pipettes in a small amount of warm water and keep them in my mouth to accelerate absorption into the blood. Quite effectively and quickly relieves pain, but unfortunately not for long ... (((For prevention, I add a few drops to tea every evening, it warms up very much and improves the general condition. FROM UNPLEASANT - this is an irritating effect on the stomach walls and increased acidity , you need to be careful with gastritis and ulcers.And I will also add that this ginger is so fragrant that the whole package smells like it !!!))) Apparently for this I once, detained and OPENED THE BOX AT THE CUSTOMS. Now the store is packing this item in several layers of paper in addition to polyethylene, be prepared ...))).
