I added this to my morning chai to help reduce stress. I used it with a blend of other herbs and wish o hadn’t to see its benefits on its own. If you add to water, it has a bitter taste if you follow the recommended water to dosage ratio.

I usually drink tea at night, but I bought some drops to put in a glass of tea while traveling, like at the airport, and drink. It's calming and reduces cortisol.

One of the best things I've tried for healthy gums, teeth, and fresh breath is rinsing and gargling. It's also beneficial for the intestines.

I love holy basil or Tulsi! I have read that this is among the few plants on Earth which is regarded as inherently sacred. Hindus believe that this avert negative energies and promotes health, wealth and fortune. It has incredible healing properties, my mother's tremor lessened by taking this tincture.

This Holy Basil extract from Herb Pharm delivers a clean, fast-acting calming effect. The liquid form absorbs well, the taste is herbal and natural, and the formula contains no unnecessary fillers. It helps reduce stress-related tension, smooths out adrenaline spikes, and supports a more balanced mood throughout the day. A high-quality product if you’re looking for gentle, natural nervous-system support.

Great brand!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
This brand is always of good quality! I just started this about a month ago, and feel like it's really helping with my anxiety level. The bottle is small size. I wish it came larger so we didn't have to order as often. I dose at 1 dropperful in the morning and another at night, and that seems to benefit me. The taste is strong, because holy basil is strong. I put it in a little bit of water with a squeeze of lemon, and it's very palatable that way.

The aroma and flavor are just like brewing with holy basil tea bags. It's conveniently available for drinking with water, which is nice. Others say the smell isn't that great. Holy basil was recommended for purification during meditation.
