This maca is amazing stuff. Its benefit is a energy boost, good for when you go for a hike or to the gym. The quality and ingredients are high quality. It is a adaptogenic and the package is good. The taste is meh but its not that bad and its only 1 little squirt, just put in mouth and chase with some juice or water and you'll be find. If you wanna really make it work good squirt it under your toung and let it sit there for as long as you can then swallow it down.

Big fan of Herb Pharm and their tinctures. Fabulous quality and the family honestly cares about what they produce and sell to others. Tried the Maca as hoped it would reduce my stress and anxiety. Noticed no change, but I'm tightly wound and it very well may help others.
