I have been giving Brainy Brocc to my child for about a month now, and here is what I can say: The quality of the product was a pleasant surprise: the packaging is dense, the bottle is glass or thick plastic, the lid closes securely, there is a measuring pipette - everything is thought out. The ingredients look natural, the composition includes sulforaphane, broccoli extracts, spinach leaves, bacopa, etc. - components that, by the feel, are really useful. The taste of the supplement is light, vegetable, a little "broccoli notes", but the child takes it without problems, especially if mixed with a drink. The size of the bottle is small - 30 ml - suitable for a course, but if use is long-term, a second bottle may be needed. By age: it is indicated that it can be used from 2 years. I started giving it almost from this age, and I think that the age indicated is correct for the beginning, especially if there is a need for brain support. Use is simple: one pipette per day, can be mixed with water or a drink - convenient. Frequency - daily. I gave myself a rule - one dose every evening, without fails. The dosage, in my opinion, is reasonable: 1 ml per serving corresponds to one pipette, this is normal, it is not felt excessively. I see an improvement: the child has become less absent-minded, attention is slightly better, irritability goes away, evenings are calmer. The benefit is visible, especially under stress: Brainy Brocc helps maintain brain function, concentration, reduces visible fatigue. The supplement serves as a good "support", especially when the diet is not always ideal.
