Take the b6 out!
Seriously, manufacturers, just take the b6 out. It is crazy high, does nothing for sleep and since US supplements all seem to be laden with the stuff, it leaves people at risk for B6 toxicity. So much so I chose to find another melatonin without it in so I wouldn't be at risk. If you're ok with that risk then as melatonin goes it was pretty good. Actually does what it says on the packet.

I didn't understand these vitamins.
It didn't work for me. While Kal vitamins are usually excellent, I didn't get the melatonin. I didn't feel like it helped me fall asleep. However, I started waking up at 7 a.m. on my own, even if I hadn't slept much and hadn't planned on waking up. So I can't say anything about the benefits; I'm afraid to take these vitamins now. The tablets are very, very small.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is beneficial for metabolism, the nervous system, the heart, skin, and hair. It is involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, and also helps synthesize hemoglobin and produce neurotransmitters, improving mood and cognitive function. A B6 deficiency can cause skin problems, fatigue, irritability, sleep disturbances, and neurological symptoms such as numbness and seizures.
