Nutritious Base For Soups

I've only used this product to make soup/stew. It gives the soup/stew more flavor and nutrition. High quality product that makes a large pot of nutritious soup or stew. I use potatoes and I thicken the broth by cutting off the thin parts of the potatoes when cutting them into cubes. Cut the thin parts into very small pieces and the cooling with dissolve the tiny pieces into the broth to create a stew (provided enough other ingredients are added to the mix). Definitely worth a try. I'm typing this review from SE Asia where stew is uncommon. The name of my stew? Green Chile Stew.
