This was the first time I try out this brand . I find the quality and ingredients and size to be good . The folic acid gives energy and the potency and effects is fine , not too worried about niacin flush . Finally found it!!! It was really hard to find a B vitamin complex without huge doses of niacin and vitamin B12. What are manufacturers thinking when they include more than a few hundred percent of the daily requirement? It's not suitable for everyone, and it clearly limits the consumer base and reduces sales. It really helps me with overeating and excess junk food.
