High-quality complex of vitamins of group B from a good company. The only thing I did not like was the large size of the tablets, it is difficult to swallow. The tablets themselves are brown, like ground herbs, not nasty in taste, without a shell.

I have just started it and as of now the product is good and is suiting me. Will have to take for couple of months to see any significant difference.

This complex has a wonderful composition!

I spent days trying to find this complex. Everything is perfect! The quality, ingredients, tablet size, the number of tablets needed per day, packaging, and taste. In general, B vitamins are essential for our metabolism, nervous system, and energy. It's good to have niacin and folic acid in the right amounts. Then you'll see results and efficiency.

Metabolic Accelerator: Helps improve triglycerides.
B vitamins play a vital role in fat and sugar metabolism. While adjusting my diet to manage 264 mg/dL triglycerides, this Balanced B Complex provides essential biochemical support. It helps my body convert energy more efficiently instead of letting calories accumulate in the bloodstream. Plus, it's incredibly gentle on the stomach—even without a gallbladder, I experience no aftertaste or nausea when taking it on an empty stomach.

For leg spasm
For years I suffered from leg spasms. I tried all the B complex but this is the only one that I found to be the right formulation and comes in tablet form. I use a pill cutter to take the 1st half after breakfast, and the 2nd half before 1:30 Pm. I found out this is what 's best for me. Lo and Behold, the leg spasms disappeared.
