Convenient capsule type for post-workout recovery support.
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I started using this for recovery after weight training. Since it's in capsule form rather than powder, I appreciate that I don't have to worry about the taste. After exercising, I feel less muscle fatigue, and I feel more energetic the day after training. Its portability is also convenient for the gym. However, the number of capsules you need to take at once is quite large, which some people might find a bit inconvenient.

Gluten Free Muscle Recovery Dietary Supplement Premium Muscle Recovery Formula Enhanced with L-Glutamine Increases Nitrogen Retention Branched-chain amino acids are essential amino acids that cannot be produced by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplementation. BCAA+G™ contains a carefully formulated blend of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and L-glutamine, scientifically proven to build lean muscle mass, increase strength, and reduce recovery time. BCAA+G™ increases protein synthesis, nitrogen retention, and, most importantly, protects muscles from the stress caused by heavy training and intense exercise. Three branched-chain amino acids, leucine, valine, and isoleucine, promote muscle synthesis and are burned by muscles for fuel during training. Leucine is especially important because it triggers protein synthesis and maintains muscle mass. BCAA levels in the blood and muscles decrease during exercise, requiring replenishment to maintain lean muscle mass. Take BCAA+G™ during and/or after exercise to support metabolic rate and prevent muscle wasting.

I take it for post-workout recovery—it works great. My muscles are less sore, and my energy returns faster. It has a neutral taste, so you can add it to water or juice. It's especially good during intense workouts.

Purchased for post-workout recovery and muscle loss prevention
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I bought this for post-workout recovery and muscle loss prevention. I usually take it with food or supplements, but when I feel like eating after a night workout is too much, I take 4-6 pills. I don't feel any fatigue recovery, maybe because it's dull. Haha. I'll try taking it consistently for now. ^^ The pills are really big... ugh

This is a product I bought to give me energy in my daily life. It is the icing on the cake because it is easy to eat. Putting everything else aside, I try to eat it during the day, and I feel less tired when I exercise in the evening. It is true that it is cost-effective in terms of ingredients and quality, and it is effective in a size that is easy to eat.
