The quality of the digestive enzymes are great. They worked very well for any type of meal, easy on the stomach and help digestion. The ingredients cover all the macronutrients (fat, carb and protein) along with more support with common enzyme deficiencies (I.e; lactase). Only thing I didn’t like is the bottle has 30 capsules but a dose requires 2 capsules. So that’s only 15 doses. Several other brands have the same ingredient composition at relatively the same price for 30 capsules.

I have chronic pancreatitis and constant heaviness in digestion and fatigue - these enzymes are a real salvation. I suffer from digestive problems and I have read the good reviews on this product. I take 1 to 2 tablets before meals, depending on the size of the dish. For the moment I am satisfied! My gut responds well and my digestion is easy. I am not constipated after taking it. Also, my biggest problem: nausea, seems to be resolved when I take these tablets plus ginger extract drops after meals. A good quality product and the tablets smell so good! But hey, that's a detail :)
