It helps improve my memory.

I buy a lot of things every month, and reviewing each one individually would be overwhelming. So, I created this template. If you're reading this, it means I'm very satisfied with this product, and future buyers can purchase with confidence. Of course, I'm not an irresponsible buyer; if the product isn't good, I'll also take the time to write a proper review.

Helps Maintain Healthy Cortisol Levels Phosphatidylserine is a naturally occurring phospholipid in the brain that is considered a structural component of neural tissue in addition to having a number of metabolic and pharmacological effects on the body. Supplementing with phosphatidylserine may reduce cortisol levels in response to stress and anxiety.

The size and content are both just right.

Delivery was fast and the packaging was neat and tidy. The product isn't too large, making it easy to eat. I bought it because the ingredients and content were good for the price.

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that performs several important functions in the brain, including: It is a component of the membrane that surrounds each brain cell. It stimulates the formation and exchange of signals between brain cells. As a result of this connection between brain cells, memories are formed.

This product has been a real staple of our dietary supplementation for the past 10 years (+/-). Great effectiveness for short-term and immediate memory boosting, alertness, etc. And the price makes it an even sweeter deal for such a superior product. We're so glad that iHerb (and VitaCost) have carried this product. Thank you!!

At the end of winter, I found new packaging to compare with the previous version, because I wanted to see if this format would work. It turned out better than I expected; I especially liked the details on the label. I liked that the packaging doesn't take up much space. I'll keep this in mind for my next purchase.
