Melatonin is a synthetic analogue of the "sleep hormone" that our brain (pineal gland) normally produces in complete darkness. It is not a sleeping pill in the literal sense, but a signal to the body that it is time to go into rest mode, and also helps reduce the level of the stress hormone, which makes it easier to fall asleep after a hard day at work.

Melatonin is very good for those who want a deeper sleep. But it doesn't suit some people. Its effect on its own may be less, so I think it's always good to combine it with GABA and Glycine.

after taking melatonin, the man slept well, before that he often woke up during the night, the optimal dose, neutral taste - this is an advantage, a safe ingredient, after taking it, sleep comes immediately, as it is a formula for fast action, sleep without waking up, high-quality and lasting, without waking up to go to the toilet or anything else, I will order more, the quality of the material is good

Natrol, melatonin, 5 mg. The tablets are small and convenient. The dosage is high and not suitable for everyone. I use it as needed. It works fairly quickly. The downside is that it can make you drowsy in the morning. It's best to start with a lower dose.

The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't cause any stomach upset. I felt the effect after just a week. They taste good and dissolve easily. After taking them, I felt a surge of energy. I completed the course. There were no side effects, and my overall health improved. The price matches the quality. This supplement works, and I'll be ordering more.

My wonderful friend, this is taken when you experience any sleep problems. It comes in a pack of 60 small tablets, making it easy to take. Melatonin is a sleep aid, but don't expect magical results like falling asleep instantly. It's best to avoid distractions after taking the appropriate dose.
