I take it regularly as recommended by my doctor. I order potassium from different companies. I don't notice any difference. They're all good and effective.

Good dosage

A good basic potassium supplement: it's pure, soy- and gluten-free, and the low dosage is convenient, providing gentle support. After changing your diet (fewer bananas, more protein), it's useful to "play it safe"—this supplement makes it easier to manage your water and electrolyte balance.

I bought this potassium supplement to reduce swelling. I took one capsule a day. I especially noticed a reduction in swelling in my legs at the end of the day. It's a great supplement.

Great product, I've been taking it for a while now. The body responds quickly and efficiently. The packaging is easy to transport. The value for money is excellent; the mineral composition is worthy of the price. The best supplement I've ever purchased for vitamin deficiencies.

I just started using this product, so it’s still early to give a full review. The ingredients and formula look promising, and the size is reasonable for the price. The texture and quality seem nice so far, and I’m hoping to see good results with consistent use. I’ll update my review after using it for a while to share how it performs in the long run.

This potassium helped
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Potassium is essential for the formation of sodium-potassium balance and thereby helps maintain optimal intracellular pressure. I ordered it for my husband and for my friend. Potassium helped her husband to regulate the pulse (it was too high), and my friend's puffiness went away - she took a pill at night. True, there was a nuance of the night reception - often had to wake up, because "the water was coming" - the potassium worked! I myself take potassium along with magnesium on bathing days or after a shock cardio load - with then we lose a lot of trace elements, and potassium helps to maintain the acid-base balance. In general, the pills last for a long time - so the jar with them was prescribed in the home medicine cabinet. All health!
