I bought this for my middle school child. He drinks it as a good luck charm before exams. It's an easy-to-swallow size for an overseas supplement. It has a slightly herbal scent, so it does have a slight taste when you put it in your mouth.

Not a bad supplement, the only thing is that it needs to be taken in the first half of the day, as it is very invigorating.

I chose it because I wanted natural support for concentration, memory, and energy without caffeine — and I really felt the results. B12 in the form of methylcobalamin is a very active form, well absorbed and noticeably increases energy levels, especially if you are prone to fatigue. Bacopa monnieri is my favorite among nootropics! It acts gently, but gradually improves memory, learning ability, and reduces anxiety. Ginkgo biloba — improves cerebral blood circulation, and this is felt as clarity in the head. Phosphatidylserine — supports brain cells, especially during intellectual exertion or chronic stress. Rhodiola — an adaptogen, increases resistance to stress, relieves fatigue, and helps you stay focused. DMAE — improves cognitive activity. After a week of taking it, I noticed that I became more focused, I get less tired from mental work, and my memory improved. I recommend it to those who study a lot, work with large amounts of information, or experience mental fatigue. I take it in the morning after breakfast — the effect is best.

The supplement works gently but noticeably: thoughts become clearer, focus is better, and information is easier to perceive. I use it on days when I need to be as focused as possible — and it works. No stimulants, no “nervous high” — just stable mental clarity and calm energy. Contains ginkgo biloba, bacopa monnieri, DMAE, L-glutamine, phosphatidylserine, St. John's wort, acetyl-L-carnitine, and vitamin B12. Everything is aimed at supporting memory, concentration, emotional stability, and brain health. I especially like that the effect is cumulative — the longer you take it, the more stable you feel clarity and productivity without fatigue. A very worthy formula for those who want to support their brain

The quality of the ingredients is reliable, and the cost-effectiveness is very good. The efficacy is clear. In fact, I tried all the good things for my mother's cognitive function. Curcumin, sulforaphane, MCT oil, etc. But this product was also quite good. After taking it, I think I remembered a lot and my cognitive function improved. I sincerely hope for the health of our members. Namu Myobeop Yeonhwa Gyeong Tamhangabul Medangabul

The dosage is good, it's absorbed quickly. The quality is superb. The composition and ingredients are excellent. I always take vitamin D3 in liquid form with vitamin K from the same company - everything is fine, there are results. Now I've tried only vitamin D3 - I liked it. I'm happy with the results. Vitamin D3 levels are important for health. The jar is compact. It has a very good effect on the skin. Good immune support. My hair became shiny. For all ages. The vitamin of the sun. BPA-free packaging. The benefits are amazing. Magnesium and potassium provide good heart support. Joint support. The taste is neutral.

The quality is good, the ingredients are balanced, the size is normal, the dose is enough to have strength when you are already exhausted from several months of intensive mental work, the perfect complex to improve brain function 😍

Several months ago, I noticed that I was losing focus during the day. I did some online research looking for an affordable supplement to help with my issue. I just bought Brain + IQ Complex and I hope that it will help. I will inform you as soon as I have any results.
