Great for heart and eye health

A very important product as an antioxidant and to support the health of the vessels and arteries and thus the heart. It also has excellent effectiveness for the health of the eyes and vision. It is sufficient for long-term use in a good quantity. The taste and smell are not the best thing, so it is swallowed quickly.

NATURES CRAFT is trusted company with good quality products for fair price. SELENIUM is very important mineral for both men & woman. Good SUPPLEMENT if you know how to use them correctly. Good to buy on SALEs.

It is well tolerated. I use it and my 12-year-old child, it does not cause discomfort when swallowing, the capsules are quite small. I recommend it, but look at the dose to see if it will suit you, because most often 100 mg is prescribed, but if it is therapeutic, then more.
