Powerful and effective B-complex!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Nature’s Way B-50 Complex has been incredibly effective for me. It gave me a noticeable boost in energy, helped me feel calmer, and even improved my sleep quality. If you’re looking for a strong B-complex that really delivers on its promises, this one is definitely worth trying!

I take the B-50 complex to support the nervous system, energy and endurance, especially during periods of stress or high loads. B vitamins are necessary for proper brain function, improving mood and reducing fatigue. I take one capsule after breakfast - this helps to avoid irritability, lethargy and loss of concentration. The drug does not cause side effects and is well absorbed. I especially recommend it to those who live a fast-paced life or work a lot at the computer.

I ordered this company for the first time. I liked it, the ingredients are not inferior to the competitors. My nervous system said thank you. The taste is neutral. The effect is noticeable. I recommend it.

Excellent quality of vitamins
सत्यापित खरीदारी
A good complex of vitamins of group B from a famous American brand. The design of the packaging used to be much more interesting and recognizable, but the quality of the products remained as good as before - this is the main thing.

I grabbed my lower back badly, prescribed injections of group B and painkillers (I decided not to inject them if the pain could be endured), but the injections of group B were very painful and therefore decided to order them in pills. The tablets are small, round, yellow, if you wet it a little, it crumbles, so drink it with water. And the second moment, after taking the urine is strongly colored yellow - do not be alarmed. In general, on the third day it became easier to move around. I decided to periodically drink the course of group B. I recommend. If my review was useful, please click on the YES button. Thanks.

As far as I know, it has the least odor and is easy to drink. (It does not mean odorless)

•: Size approx. 20mm Capsule type •: Price ¥ 1436/1 capsule approx. ¥ 14 (as of July 2, 2021) I am happy with the easy-to-buy price. •: I think it's the most odorless supplement I've ever taken in the B vitamins. •: I am helped by the fact that even tablet and capsule types can make the smell unpleasant. •: Urine turns yellow like other B50 complexes. •: In my case, if I take B50 at night, I may have trouble falling asleep, so I take it from morning to evening. •: I'd like to try other things, but I'm likely to buy them repeatedly because of this low fragrance.

I drink this complex 2 times. After giving birth and GW, every time I come across the fact that my hair falls out strongly, my nails break, and iron (feritin) falls heavily. I also save myself with a complex of vitamin B. The complex is working, it is not the first time that helps.

Vitamins are needed for the whole body!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I periodically drink vitamins of group B in courses. The packaging is convenient, with a flip, the capsules are the optimal size, easy to swallow. The dosage here is quite high, but you can take it every other day and not on a constant basis. The effect is already noticeable after a week of use! Sleep improved, energy appeared. Definitely recommend.

I took B vitamins to improve the well-being of the nervous system since there was damage to the nerve endings. Take it for at least 6 months and take a break of 3-6 months and then take it again. Do not mix with other vitamins or supplements. Sometimes B 6 works well with magnesium. And drink B vitamins separately with food for better absorption. They are capricious and poorly digestible.
