I've been taking it for several weeks now and thought I'd share my impressions. I chose a calcium and magnesium supplement because I wanted to support my bones, teeth, and muscles—I'm breastfeeding, so I was looking for something natural and safe. The tablets are large, but they're easy to swallow, with no unpleasant taste. My stomach reacts calmly, and I haven't noticed any side effects. After just a few days, my leg cramps at night have subsided, and mild cramps have subsided. My sleep has become a little more restful, and my overall health has improved. I like that it's free of unnecessary chemicals; it's vegetarian, gluten-free, and contains no artificial additives. It feels like the quality is truly good. One downside is the dosage is quite high, so I take one tablet a day instead of following the instructions. I think that's enough for a supportive effect. Overall, I'm happy: it's gentle, has a good formula, and feels like it's really beneficial. I'll be taking it again.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the calcium and magnesium complex. The capsules are of a convenient size, easy to swallow. I feel the support of bones, muscles and joints, improved sleep and general well-being. The main advantage is a high degree of absorption and a natural composition without impurities.

This is a tablet product, but the pills are a bit large. Still, I bought it because I thought I could get enough nutrients with just one pill. I'm enjoying it. I bought this because I found other products a bit cumbersome to take, requiring two or more pills, but I'm satisfied.

Long-term calcium supplementation

NaturesPlus offers two calcium supplements, which I switch between. This one is chelated calcium, with larger individual tablets, which has the advantage of higher absorption.

I chose this product after checking the ingredient list and dosage. It's a mild daily supplement that I haven't experienced any stomach discomfort while taking. I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, but I'll continue taking it for now.

This is a calcium and magnesium complex I've been taking. I recently went to the dentist and he said it's good for my teeth. It contains a 2:1 ratio of calcium and magnesium in each tablet, so I don't need to take them separately. I think I'll continue taking this product.
