It seems to be working but I’m not sure. I gave it to my sister and recently I felt her face looking a bit better and plump

Excellent quality. You need to drink a lot and constantly to see results, because everything goes to the most needed places in the body: bones and joints, then only to the skin in youth, so to speak. I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, and there's no nausea. It's suitable for all diets. Improvements are noticeable after three months of use. Benefits for the entire body.

Collagen peptides are an essential dietary supplement that play a significant role in maintaining healthy skin, joints, and hair. They help reverse joint degeneration, improve joint comfort and mobility, and reduce joint pain. They also promote accelerated recovery after workouts and increased muscle mass. Collagen peptides reduce joint pain and improve mobility, restore cartilage structure, and reduce the risk of injury. Collagen also improves bone strength and reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Collagen is an excellent daily supplement.

If you take 2 or more capsules, I think the result will be really good. I only took 1-2, and I noticed that my eyelashes became thicker and new hair started growing on my head.

This is the first time I try the capsules, but I tried the powder and saw results, but I neglected and did not finish it this time. I intend to continue because the quality, ingredients and composition are very excellent and the packaging is large. I hope the benefit will be greater and it will have an improvement and effect on the skin and benefit the knee bones. The taste is not the opposite of powder.

I don't buy this brand often, but I decided to try it. Because the price is relatively good, I hope the quality will please you. After all, collagen is very necessary, especially for those over 30, because the deficiency will make itself felt in the form of bad hair, nails and inflammation in the joints.

I bought it for my hair and nails. I've been taking the supplements for about two and a half weeks, and I haven't seen any changes yet. But the size is relatively small, and it's easy to swallow.
