Active form of vitamin B3
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Niacinamide (vitamin B3) is important for supporting the nervous system; reducing tiredness and fatigue; improving energy metabolism; maintaining healthy skin; preventing vitamin B3 deficiency in gastrointestinal problems. Niacinamide from NaturesPlus is available in the form of tablets, the size of which is medium, with a fairly large dosage, so it is important to introduce it gradually to avoid allergic reactions due to the influx of niacin.

I bought it on the recommendation of my cosmetologist. This dietary supplement strengthens the skin's protective barrier. Reduces the visibility of age spots and evens out the tone. Fights inflammation and reduces breakouts. Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, thereby reducing wrinkles and increasing skin elasticity. I take it according to the instructions.

Niacin-Restores mental health, regulates cholesterol levels; Niacinamide - repairs joints, normalizes blood sugar levels.

There are two forms of vitamin B3: niacin and niacinamide. Both are suitable to meet the body's need for this vitamin, but they have different medicinal properties: niacin helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and niacinamide is used for osteoarthritis and diabetes mellitus. To lower LDL cholesterol, drink up to 1000 mg of niacin per day. To obtain maximum benefit, all B vitamins are drunk with a full complex of other B vitamins. Niacin is best used in the form of inositol (IGN inositol hexanicotinate) to exclude side reactions at a dosage of 100-500 mg per day. In diabetes mellitus, niacinamide is used at a dosage of 300-600 mg. Niacinamide improves joint mobility and reduces osteoarthritis pain. The result appears after 3 months. For prevention, they drink 100 mg per day.

These vitamins have truly exceeded my expectations! After using them regularly, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my overall well-being — I feel more focused, my mood is better, and I don’t get tired as easily. The packaging is convenient, and the dosage is just right. It’s great to finally find a product that actually delivers what it promises. I’ll definitely keep using them and recommend them to my friends! 🌸
