The quality is super. The ingredients are natural. I like the packaging and the fact that it is healthy. I especially like the price. The benefits are incredible, the size is convenient, the taste is pleasant. You notice a feeling of improvement after 3 days. The age for use is written on the box. As well as the dosage.

Good complex for hair and skin

I took it for my sister, as she was looking for a combination of biotin and folic acid. The tablets are not too big, convenient. The effect is smooth, without sudden energy surges. It is better to take it in the morning. Do not combine it with vitamin B5, so as not to reduce the effectiveness of biotin.

I started taking NaturesPlus Extended Release Biotin and Folate and have noticed improvements in my skin, hair and nails. The extended release tablets provide gradual absorption and I feel like my hair is thicker and my nails are stronger. I feel more confident in myself after noticing such improvements in my appearance.

Vitamins are good. Probably suitable for everyone, but you need to take tests and be monitored by a doctor. In our time, you can't do without vitamins! The quality is good. I recommend it boldly. It will be useful. The taste is an acquired taste)) Any natural vitamins and dietary supplements with the composition D, D3, B, A, C, E, Omega, Zinc, as well as liquid vitamins, and much more, when used correctly, ultimately have a good effect on the skin, heart, cardiovascular system, etc. For children, it is necessary to know the dosage. Take care of your health.

I was experiencing severe hair loss and was looking for a solution, so I tried this supplement because I thought it might be effective since it's time-release. I can't say for sure what the effects are, but I feel like the amount of hair breakage has decreased rather than just hair loss.

Biotin plays an important role for our skin derivatives, paired with metabolically active folate, more effective than regular folic acid. The tablets are small, easy to take, do not smell much and have no taste. I feel a surge of vivacity and energy. The quality is excellent. I recommend it to everyone.

A quality supplement. Hair became noticeably stronger, richer and stopped falling out. I tried to take this dietary supplement as a single supplement, as well as a complex with zinc, collagen (types 1 and 3) and jojoba oil + B5, applying it to the scalp. The effect of the complex is much stronger, even the beginning bald patches have become richer in hair.

I'll write it honestly as it is, I started taking this drug because I thought my hair would stop falling out, but it didn't happen because I didn't take it seriously, and then after a while I turned to nutritionists and realized that the problem was the stomach and the lack of vitamins because they weren't absorbed by the stomach, which didn't work well, or you really didn't eat enough of these vitamins, and when I solved this problem with the stomach in the first place, then I started taking other drugs with folic acid and only then did I see the results. I'm writing this because maybe someone is really in the same position as me now and it will help you. As for the drug itself, the packaging size is as always large, and the tablets are a bit small, the packaging is plastic, I don't even remember the taste anymore.

A bit expensive
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Biotin-folic acid I bought it as a vitamin supplement for hair + preparation for pregnancy. For my hair, this supplement is part of a large-scale treatment plan. I took 1 tablet once a day. The course lasted 1 month. During this month, my hair looked better, did not get greasy so quickly (usually it gets dirty by the evening of the first day, but this month it lasted for 2 days). The tablets are very easy to take. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, but it is a bit expensive, because there are only 30 tablets. This time I bought both biotin and folic acid separately.

This supplement has a lot of useful "functions", but I buy it in winter, when my hair starts to fall. The results become visible in 10 days, but I drink about a month every six months. How nice to see the little antennae of growing hair! Thanks to the manufacturer.
