After a few months of eating ramen and donuts all the time, I decided to go back on a vegan keto diet for awhile. I feel so much better. I take these in the morning with black coffee and water to boost my ketones until the end of the day when I eat. Actually, these taste like raspberry for the few seconds they are in my mouth, so I take them with my other supplements because they make them all have a pleasant taste. I think these also help me not to feel hungry throughout the day while I am intermittently fasting.

I just finished a high dollar weight loss programs and this was one of the things in their regimine that helped me lose 45 pounds. I am over 70 years and could not lose weight This along with green coffee bean extract and green tea really helped. Raspberry ketones are a well kept secret I guess. No side effects encountered. Just a pure product.

Raspberry ketones

Good quality product. I feel more energetic after just a few days of taking it. Don't expect miracles in losing weight, it's still a herbal product. Best combined with a low-carb diet and exercise. 2 tablets a day is a convenient dosage to take. The tablets have a very pleasant taste and aroma of raspberries.

This is the first time I've heard of raspberry ketones, so I decided to try this one, which has a good reputation. It contains more ingredients than other products, so I'd like to continue taking it to see if it works. It has a nice scent and is easy to drink.

The quality is amazing! The ingredients are fish oil omega-3. It's suitable for adults. The package is packed with benefits as described. The omega-3s and cholesterol it contains are good for hair and heart inflammation. The taste is amazing, absolutely amazing! Girls, buy it! I trust iHerb products. I hope my review was helpful. Also, if you don't understand it, consult your doctor before buying it. It's excellent, I love it! It really helped me. It's fantastic, girls, don't miss out!
