NOW Foods Super Enzymes Review NOW Foods Super Enzymes is a digestive supplement designed to support efficient digestion and nutrient absorption. It combines a blend of enzymes, bile salts, and other digestive aids to target various aspects of digestion. Here’s an in-depth look at its pros and cons: Pros: 1. Comprehensive Enzyme Blend: The formula contains key digestive enzymes like bromelain (from pineapple), papain (from papaya), pancreatin, and betaine HCl. These enzymes aid in breaking down proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, supporting smoother digestion. 2. Improved Digestive Comfort: For individuals with issues like bloating, gas, or indigestion, Super Enzymes can provide relief by enhancing the breakdown of food in the stomach and small intestine. 3. Bile Support for Fat Digestion: The inclusion of ox bile extract assists in the digestion of dietary fats, which can be especially beneficial for those with gallbladder issues or a diet higher in fat. 4. Convenient Dosage Form: The supplement is available in both capsule and tablet forms, catering to individual preferences for ease of consumption. 5. Trusted Brand: NOW Foods is known for its high-quality standards, transparency, and commitment to third-party testing, which adds credibility to the product. 6. Affordable Price: Compared to many digestive enzyme supplements, Super Enzymes offers good value for money. Cons: 1. Not Vegan-Friendly: The product contains ox bile extract and pancreatin, which are animal-derived, making it unsuitable for vegans or vegetarians. 2. Potential Sensitivities: Some individuals may experience mild side effects, such as stomach discomfort or nausea, especially when starting the supplement or taking it on an empty stomach. 3. Unnecessary for All: While it can be helpful for those with digestive issues, it may not be necessary for people with normal digestion. Overuse of digestive enzymes might lead to dependency over time. 4. Contains Betaine HCl: While betaine HCl is helpful for those with low stomach acid, individuals with conditions like acid reflux or ulcers should be cautious and consult a healthcare provider before use. Conclusion: NOW Foods Super Enzymes is a well-formulated digestive aid that caters to individuals with specific digestive challenges, such as difficulty breaking down fats, proteins, or carbs. It is particularly useful for those with enzyme deficiencies, gallbladder issues, or heavy meals that cause discomfort. However, it’s not vegan-friendly, and individuals with certain medical conditions should use it with caution. Rating: 4.5/5

This supplement truly excels in terms of quality, primarily due to its remarkable blend of ingredients that work synergistically to promote a harmonious digestive process. The inclusion of enzymes aids in the efficient breakdown of food, making it superior to antacids, as the natural process involves chewing, stomach acid, and nutrient extraction in the small intestine. Furthermore, the large intestine plays a vital role in eliminating toxins and maintaining water balance. The tablets themselves are conveniently swallowable, leaving no lingering aftertaste, and it is advisable to take them shortly before your main meals for optimal results.

Enzymes that really help after eating

सत्यापित खरीदारी

I took NOW Foods Super Enzymes 90 tablets when I often felt heavy after eating and had trouble digesting. I liked that the effect was felt fairly quickly, with relief and bloating relief. The quality is good, the ingredients are rich yet clear, without any unnecessary chemicals. The tablets are convenient to take with food, and my stomach reacts normally. Over time, I noticed that my digestion became smoother, even with heavier foods. The packaging is sturdy and practical, and the jar lasts a long time. Overall, it's a good enzyme option for daily comfort.

These enzymes have a good composition, there is a little betaine pepsin. It is good that there is a mixture of enzymes that support healthy digestion. After a couple of days, the feeling of heaviness and bloating in the stomach disappeared, the intestines began to work better. The pills are a little rough, it is harder to swallow, but not critical.

But the taste is terrible, I try to quickly wash it down with water but the taste still remains in my mouth, some kind of vomit taste (I bought it for my son, but I ordered it again in capsules so he doesn’t feel the taste, I finish the tablets myself)
