Works great!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Energy level is higher and mood seems better after a couple of weeks on this. It's a good value. It's a big tablet, so swallow it with any other tablet and it goes down easier. I am a repeat buyer of this product, and a firm believer in taking B-100 for better health.

In most of the cases one can rely on Now products when it comes to reasonably priced quality products. This is one of such classics, and the product worked exactly as it should have.

I recommend it
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I recommend it. It's a large package of vitamin B complex. I take it occasionally. You can watch about vitamin B on YouTube and read about it online, and even ask neural networks. I like this company; it produces a good type of vitamin at a good price. Good health to everyone. If you liked it, please give it a like.

My nervous system was on edge, very tense, nervous, and easily offended. After taking these vitamins, I became calmer, bad thoughts disappeared, my metabolism improved, and even my memory improved. I'm also taking D3K2 and selenium. Maybe it's all the combination, but I'm happy with the results and quality. The taste is normal, not bitter or sweet, but I can't describe it. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow. After the first dose, my urine turns bright yellow. Folic acid (B9) is necessary for the normal functioning of the immune and circulatory systems. A deficiency can lead to early menopause. I think I'll be taking these vitamins for a long time.

Energy throughout the day thanks to prolonged release.
सत्यापित खरीदारी
NOW Foods B-100 Vitamins are a powerful, high-dose complex. The key feature is the "Sustained Release" label, which allows the vitamins to be absorbed gradually throughout the day rather than being excreted immediately by the kidneys. The tablet dissolves slowly, maintaining stable vitamin levels in the blood for several hours. This is much more effective than regular capsules. It's a trusted brand with GMP certification. I haven't experienced any stomach side effects, as I take it strictly after a hearty breakfast. A dosage of 100 mg of each B vitamin provides significant support for the nervous system and metabolism. I've noticed less evening fatigue and less irritability. My skin and hair have improved. The tablets are quite large, but thanks to the smooth coating, they're easy to swallow. Your urine will turn bright yellow—this is a normal reaction to riboflavin (B2), so don't be alarmed! Tip: Take this complex only in the morning (preferably after breakfast). B vitamins have an invigorating effect, and taking them in the evening can make it difficult to fall asleep. I recommend it.

B vitamin complex for daily intake
सत्यापित खरीदारी
The complex contains B vitamins, including folic acid and niacin, in a sustained-release form. This format is convenient for daily use, as it does not require frequent intake. The tablets are large, but they are easy to swallow. I make this product part of my diet during increased stress or a change in diet, when it is important to maintain overall well-being. B vitamins are involved in energy metabolism and the functioning of the nervous system, so they give a feeling of more even tone throughout the day. They are also important for normal metabolism. The packaging is convenient, designed for a course of administration. The strength of the action is felt as gradual, cumulative with regular use. Sometimes a slight surge of energy is noted. I like that this is a simple basic complex that easily fits into the daily regimen without complicated schemes.

Supports Nervous System Health. B Complex for Maximum Potency. Helps Support Energy Production. Non-GMO. Vegetarian/Vegan Food Supplement. Kosher. Family Owned Since 1968. Quality Assured. Manufactured according to quality manufacturing methods. B-100 capsules provide a complete spectrum of B vitamins plus choline and inositol. These vitamins support energy production, maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote nervous system health. B vitamins are water-soluble, and with the exception of vitamin B12, their storage in the body is limited, thus requiring daily replenishment. While vitamin B12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy products), and vitamin B12 supplementation may be particularly important for vegetarians.

I usually take 50ml, but since this is a sustained release product, I bought it to try it out. If it works, I'll buy it again.

I bought this to help relieve fatigue, but when my daughter told me she had a mouth ulcer, I gave her one tablet and was surprised to see that the pain went away within the same day.
