I really appreciate the high quality of Nutra BioGenesis supplements. On my reviews page, you can see which Nutra BioGenesis supplements I take and regularly order. For example, the anti-inflammatory White Willow Forte complex. We ordered the ArthroGenx complex as an alternative to the OsteoMove complex. Looking at the ingredients, ArthroGenx has a more noticeable effect on joints. We chose the Nutra BioGenesis complex after seeing boswellia in its ingredients. It's a natural pain reliever. Boswellia has been used in Ayurveda since time immemorial to treat joint conditions. Boswellia is an extract that can suppress inflammatory factors and support joint and arterial health. Currently, more research on the properties of boswellic acid shows that boswellia preparations reduce joint inflammation but, unlike synthetic drugs, do not cause adverse reactions. The effectiveness of Boswellia supplements is due to the active ingredient boswellic acids. However, boswellia compounds have low bioavailability and are poorly absorbed into the bloodstream. The anti-inflammatory complex ArthroGenx from Nutra BioGenesis contains a standardized form of boswellia called ApresFlex. ApresFlex is 52% more bioavailable than other boswellia extracts. I expect a more pronounced joint pain-reducing effect when taken together with White Willow Forte from the same manufacturer, Nutra BioGenesis. Life Extension's 5-LOX supplement is 100 mg per capsule, standardized to provide 20% active AKBA from boswellia. Nutra BioGenesis' supplement contains 100 mg of extract, providing 10% active AKBA, in 5 capsules. Dosage: Most people require only one capsule per day. On days of acute pain, I increase the dosage (number of capsules) one at a time. Every fall, I supplement with 5-LOX while taking collagen supplements or chondroprotective complexes. The benefit of taking 5-LOX is a significant reduction in pain in my joints. Boswellia 5-LOX provides an opportunity to maintain healthy joints without harming other organs. Other ingredients include ginger, curcumin, black pepper, and rosemary. The capsules are vegetarian and conveniently sized for easy swallowing. The package contains 150 capsules. This year, I expect the anti-inflammatory effect on my joints and pain relief from the Nutra BioGenesis complex instead of chemical painkillers from pharmacies.
