My teen takes 2 caps twice a day to help with depression symptoms. We definitely notice a difference in her mood and attitude. Worth the price to keep her on something more natural than prescription drugs with a bunch of side effects. 2 caps a day didn’t work as well, but we seem to have the sweet spot of dosage to help her. Consult with your doctor for dosage recommendations.
