I have been taking vitamin D3 with K2 for about a month now, and the difference is noticeable. My energy level has increased, I no longer feel constantly tired. I especially like that it contains vitamin K2 - it helps the proper absorption of calcium so that it goes to the bones, and not to the vessels. I take it in liquid form - it is convenient to dose and is well absorbed. I have not noticed any side effects. The main thing is not to exceed the dosage and periodically get tested for vitamin D levels. Pros: • Increased energy and mood • Supports immunity • Goes well with calcium

Vitamin D can help with calcium and phosphorus absorption, while vitamin K plays an important role in bone formation and cardiovascular health. Combining the benefits of both vitamins, these vitamin D3 and K2 capsules can provide cardiovascular, joint, and immune support.

उत्पाद ठीक है, आकार और कीमत स्वीकार्य हैं, लेकिन बेहतर विकल्प भी उपलब्ध हैं, और यह प्रतिशत पर निर्भर करता है।

The formula is good, the ingredients are good, the capsule size is comfortable, but I've now switched to a different brand. We'll compare the results.
