Excellent food for my microbiome

Excellent food for my microbiome. Chicory roo is well known to be an excellent prebiotic. I feel more bowel comfort in general and a sort of peace of mind while taking this. I think this effect comes from a good fed microbiome

For blood sugar

I purchased and am taking this product. I'm taking it to manage my pre-diabetic blood sugar levels, but it doesn't seem to have a noticeable effect, as I occasionally check my blood sugar on an empty stomach. So, rather than having high expectations, I'm thinking of it as a supplement. The most important thing seems to be dietary use and walking. In any case, it's a dietary supplement, so I'm taking it without thinking about it beyond that. It's better than nothing, I guess.

People who suffer from stomach and digestion problems, I recommend it to them. It helps them a lot with stomach pain, and of course it clears the skin. Dandelion is known for its ability to help and assist the body in healing.

Honestly, the quality is excellent. The ingredients are natural, the package is large, the supplement's formula is superb, and the taste is very average and acceptable. It's suitable for people on a diet. Dandelion root has many health benefits; it's rich in fiber, which helps improve digestion and relieve constipation. It may also help promote liver health and reduce inflammation. In addition, it may contribute to improved gut health and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.

I love him

I would like to explain in all details, God willing. The reward and benefit are for the beautiful one. I do not have colon problems, but I heard about the benefits, and because I neglect my diet, I said I would use it. I consider it a detox. Sometimes I get bothered by bad breath. The subject was fixed for me because the cause of bad breath is the stomach. Honestly, girls, I am writing to you because this was a problem I had and I was bothered by it, even though I take care of myself a lot. I continue to use it and love it. The price is appropriate, and I feel all the benefits. I hope I have received a new idea or information about this beautiful product.

Its quality is good. It has a wonderful effect on everyone, especially the elderly. It gives a youthful appearance. My mother, at the end of her seventies, used it with fish oil. Her skin became like a 30-year-old's, tight and shiny. It robs the body of toxins and unpleasant odors. If you benefit from the comment, do not forget the like button. Thank you

Excellent quality and powerful digestive support!

I have been looking for a natural remedy to improve digestion and improve overall well-being for a long time and settled on Nutricost, Chicory Root, 650 mg. And I was not disappointed! The quality of the product is excellent: the capsules are clean, without unnecessary additives and fillers, which is especially valuable for me. The ingredients are completely natural - pure chicory root extract, which is known for its beneficial properties for the digestive system and intestinal health. The capsules are an optimal size, they are easy to swallow, and the dosage of 650 mg is great for daily use. I take one capsule per day, which, in my opinion, is an excellent dose for maintaining balance in the body. After a couple of weeks of regular use, I felt an improvement in digestion and easier absorption of food. Chicory root also helps maintain liver health and can work as a mild prebiotic. I have noticed that I now have fewer problems with heaviness after eating, and my intestines work like clockwork. This supplement is for those looking to support their digestive system, improve nutrient absorption, and maintain liver health. Indications include gastrointestinal support, gentle cleansing, and overall well-being. The course of use depends on your needs, but I plan to use it for several months for sustained benefits.
