Laminaria 325
Laminaria 325 is a popular dietary supplement made from brown seaweed (kelp), containing 325 mcg of natural iodine per serving. It supports the thyroid gland, normalizes metabolism, and replenishes iodine deficiency. The quality is excellent, and the packaging is affordable. It helps me with my thyroid issues, as I have hyperthyroidism.

Nutricost Laminaria, 240 tablets. I was always sleepy and cold, even at home in my socks. The tablets are tiny, so I take one in the morning. After a month, I felt more energetic and stopped bundling up. My hair stopped falling out, and my nails got stronger. The downside is that there are 240 tablets, which lasts for almost a year, and I'm already tired of taking them. The packaging is simple, but for the price, it's a gift. It's great for energy and warmth. I'm taking it for the second time, and I'm happy.

This is natural iodine, a truly natural ingredient! It's unlikely we all consume enough iodine every day, but I ate this and it's fine. I always buy selenium, iodine, and magnesium regularly. Because I feel like they help me.

I regularly take kelp. It improves the functioning of the central nervous system, strengthens the immune system, normalizes digestive and metabolic processes, and prevents cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. Kelp contains iodine, which breaks down fat deposits and accelerates metabolic processes in the body.

For people living far from the sea, iodine is vital! I always buy it in kelp form from various manufacturers. It's very effective and convenient to take in tablet form. It's considered a superfood.
