Very good maca supplement. The size of the capsules is medium and easy to swallow. The ingredient quality seems pure and straightforward. The dosage is strong enough without needing too many capsules daily. After regular use I noticed a benefit in energy and overall balance. No noticeable taste and easy to take. Large bottle that lasts a long time. The packaging is ideal. does not affect blood pressure

Nutricost Maca root
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Nutricost Maca Root stands out for its quality and simplicity, featuring Peruvian-grown, non-GMO, gluten-free maca root. I appreciate the purity of the formula, composed solely of organic maca root, as well as the size of the easy-to-swallow, tasteless capsules. The benefits I experience include sustained energy throughout the day and an antioxidant effect. Finally, the 180-capsule format offers a convenient supply and excellent value for money.

Energy without "twitching" the nervous system, but requires accuracy
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Context of Choice: Hypothyroidism often causes a drop in libido and overall energy. Maca is an adaptogen traditionally used to balance hormones and increase endurance without directly interfering with the thyroid axis (unlike ginseng or eleuthero). Dosage and Quality: Nutricost offers a high concentration (750 mg) and a large supply of capsules. The ingredients are high-quality, without any off-flavors. Important warning for those with thyroid dysfunction: Maca is a tonic. During the deep stabilization phase (which I'm currently in), it should be used with caution. My Experience: I started with one capsule in the morning. I felt a gentle surge of energy, increased focus, and improved performance. However, if I overdo it or take it after lunch, it can delay sleep. It doesn't cause tachycardia, like other stimulants, but monitoring the autonomic nervous system is essential. Bottom Line: A good product for restoring tone and men's health. I recommend starting with small doses and strictly in the first half of the day.

If I were thinking about high quality, I would choose another brand. If I were thinking about quantity, I would choose Piping Rock. This one from Nutricost is the famous "good cost-benefit" option, meaning, if you need to take it and don't have the money to invest in an expensive brand, you can definitely go for it. The package lasts a long time if you only take one a day; they could make a version with a high dosage and a single capsule.

I repurchased this because of the good quality and ingredients. Each tablet contains 750mg, and I am taking two a day. The size is just right, so it is not uncomfortable at all. I recommend this to anyone concerned about antioxidants or male energy.

Natural energy and mental supplements

Maca root is a well-known superfood, and this product's quality and ingredients are satisfying. The benefit of daily supplementation is that it gently boosts overall energy and mental state without causing excessive excitement. A bottle containing 180 capsules is very cost-effective, making it a high-quality product I would definitely repurchase.

Peruvian maca root, the top choice for large-capacity daily supplementation.
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Nutricost maca root capsules contain 750 mg each, and the 180-capsule pack is a great value, lasting a long time. Maca is a traditional herb from Peru, and this product has a simple formula with clear ingredient labeling. The capsules are a convenient daily size. The packaging was well-sealed, and the product arrived in good condition. As a daily herbal supplement, Nutricost offers satisfactory quality and price, and I would consider repurchasing it.
