I bought it for a family member with special needs who is very happy with it. High dosage of 12 mg, and there is also a large quantity that lasts a long time at a good price.

The supplement fits well into my daily regimen. It doesn't cause any harsh sensations; it works gently and gradually. It's suitable for those who don't like strong stimulants. The effect is noticeable with regular use.

Works well, great value bottle

Nutricost Melatonin 12 mg has been effective for helping me fall asleep faster. The tablets are easy to take and the 240-count bottle is excellent value. Just note 12 mg is strong, so I only use it when I really need it.

Melatonin is available in different brands. I bought it this time to try it out. I liked it. My sleep has become regular, even if I get up as needed, I fall asleep immediately. I feel refreshed in the morning. The size is regular, white. The capsule is small, but if necessary, you can divide it into two. Even if you don't divide it, it's easy to swallow. I take it 1 hour before bedtime. In my opinion, the ingredients are well selected, the quality is normal. Dose 1 pc.

Very good melatonin
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I've been buying this melatonin from iHerb for a while now because I love that it has a higher dose than most of the ones found in Europe (12 mg per tablet). It's helped me sleep better, especially during times of stress or when I'm having trouble sleeping due to travel. Another plus: it's gluten-free, third-party tested, and comes with 240 tablets, so it lasts a long time. One drawback: the tablets are very small and can't be easily broken up if you want to reduce the dose. Still, it's worked very well for me, and I highly recommend it. Very good quality.
