I used it from my friend and she asked for it. The ingredients are great. The quantity is enough for a month. It has no smell or taste. It relaxes the mood and helps you sleep comfortably. I felt a benefit with using it. It is worth trying.

Relaxation, sleep aid
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I'm prone to anxiety and unconsciously feel stressed. This can affect my sleep quality at night. Taking it before bed helps me get deeper sleep and reduces the likelihood of waking up in the middle of the night and being unable to fall back asleep. It's also quite helpful for relaxation.

Let me wake up peacefully
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I received it on 10/24 and have been taking 2 pills every night before going to bed, which solved my problem of turning for an hour before going to bed. The anxiety and nervousness that bothered me for a month and the problem of waking up in fear are gone, and the problem of high blood pressure, which is 156 when I wake up, is also solved. I think I will order 2 bottles at a time next time.

My work makes me nervous. I often think about work, family, and all the relatives and friends around me at night. It makes me unable to sleep. It makes me feel very bad in the morning. I accidentally saw this product and I took one before going to bed. But it’s a bit annoying to have to take it with boiled water. I thought it was a gummy. Anyway, I gave it a try. I fell asleep quickly after taking it. It really helped me sleep. Because I had to swallow it with boiled water, it made me get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet. But I was really not that nervous at work the next day. I felt much more relaxed. The only thing is that I would still open my eyes a few times in the middle of the night. But I could still use it while I was asleep. I will continue to use it.
