I never tire of ordering them. They were my faithful companions during and after pregnancy. They're excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you have the opportunity to buy them for daily use. The quality of the ingredients makes them a magical combination for both our bodies and the baby. Their flavor is very mild, which makes them easy to take because of their size. The package arrives in excellent condition. The benefits are immense, and during breastfeeding, they greatly helped me replenish lost vitamins.

One A Day Prenatal 1 is a well-known multivitamin for pregnancy, designed for pregnant, trying to conceive and breastfeeding women, and contains multiple vitamins. Packaging: The bottle is compact and easy to carry. The bottle cap has a good seal to keep the active ingredients of the vitamins from being affected by air and moisture. Ingredients: Contains a variety of vitamins and minerals. Folic acid, DHA, iron, calcium and vitamin D, etc., can supplement certain vitamins. Taste: In capsule form, easy to swallow (the capsule size is moderate) Price: A cost-effective multivitamin for preparing for pregnancy and during pregnancy. The 60-capsule package just meets the demand for two months.

I took it for my sister as a multivitamin supplement for pregnant women, it contains all the necessary elements to support the health of the mother and the fetus. The capsules are relatively large but contain a good mix of nutrients.

I like these vitamins, I have been using them since the beginning of pregnancy, good composition, good dosage. Sometimes you can really taste the fish oil, it's not very pleasant, but bearable.
