The quality is good, I fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly, which also contributed to my overall well-being. The capsules are easy to take and don't cause any side effects. I take them in the evening before bed, and it helps me relax and prepare for a good night's rest. The packaging is convenient, and the dosage is clearly indicated. The product does not contain artificial ingredients.

The product is very good in terms of quality and effectiveness. I just wish the packaging was a little bigger. Other than that, it's worth a try and would buy again.

The best thing I've tried
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I tried Onnit New Mood from iHerb, and honestly it's excellent, especially with a diet. The formula is thoughtful and gives you peace of mind without feeling heavy. The bottle is enough for about a month, and the quantity is just right. It doesn't contain protein, but the ingredients include herbs like lavender and tryptophan, which enhance quality and help you sleep deeper. It doesn't have a taste because it's in capsules, but it gives a calming energy boost that helps you after training or when you're pushing yourself. It's also useful for those who work on their muscles and are on a strict diet. I recommend it, especially if you're experiencing stress or tension.

Quick aid to calm you down and feel relaxed in no time!
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Take 1 and then wait for about an hour and you will see how calm you will get. It will help you to relax and as well will aid your sleep. This will not take out your stress issues permanently, it is only a temporary solution. Get good exercise, do what you love and the stress issues would improve. The combination of ingredients in this product is just right and it triggers the hormone release. As said take 1 per day and see how it goes (don't go over 2). Taking it for a few days you will already see a significant improvement in the mood and feel like you have more energy during the day while a restful night sleep.
