I was skeptical but wanted to try this form of vitamins. They turned out to be very effective. They work gently and cover vitamin deficiencies.

Just stick it on and forget about it

I've been using it to maintain my fasting schedule and manage my mild condition, and I've been quite satisfied. Because it's a patch, there's no burden in taking it, and once you attach it to your skin, you feel the nutrients gradually being absorbed. It helps prevent excessive appetite surges and is especially helpful for those who experience severe energy loss during intermittent fasting. It causes minimal skin irritation, and the convenient one-a-day application makes it ideal for consistent use.

I didn't see the result

The patches don't stick well to the body, they peel off. The smell is herbal. I've been using them for a little over half a month, I don't understand the benefit. I won't order them again.

The patch really works, but unfortunately the vitamin B content caused a severe allergy. I was able to use it only for 3 days.

Solgar Vitamin B12 is definitely my favorite brand of vitamins! The quality is top-notch, and the ingredients are natural! I have trouble absorbing vitamin B, so I take it regularly on my doctor's recommendation. The package contains 60 easy-to-swallow capsules. The taste is neutral, and the results are excellent. I recommend it.

I have read many reviews and had heard a lot about this brand. All the reviews are all positive and the product seems to be really good, easy to use and effective. It's not expensive and worth trying.

Good patch
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I use this on rushed mornings when I cannot have breakfast. It has an effect of reducing appetite. This is due to quality of the product and the ingredients used. Size is good. I do benefit from using it however I don’t need to purchase this often. I like the packaging as it fits on any bag.

I'm not sure about the effect, but it's very convenient because I don't have to take supplements. It has a strong adhesive power so it doesn't come off, but my skin is weak and thin, so it gets red.
