I bought it first to improve liver function and reduce cravings for alcohol. The tablets are large, hard to swallow, the aroma is very specific, the taste is unpleasant. After one course, I can say that it had a positive effect on the liver, the indicators and well-being improved. But I did not notice any effect in terms of reducing alcohol dependence or reducing the desire to drink. Re-purchase is possible, but not in the form of tablets, only capsules.

It's a good herb, I recommend it. But you need to take it for a couple of months, maybe more. Plus, you need to be willing to give up alcohol. Plus, it flushes all sorts of toxins out of the body, which is good.

I bought Kudzu Full Spectrum™ from Planetary Herbals, 1500 mg per serving (2 tablets), 120 tablets total (750 mg each). Kudzu is traditionally used for cardiovascular support and may help with alcohol cravings. Full Spectrum™ means the whole plant is used. The tablets are quite large, but swallow well. Planetary Herbals is a well-known herbal supplement brand that combines traditional knowledge with modern technology. I take it for general health.

Pueraria lobata is a plant that can only be found in Thailand. It is rich in puerarin and deoxymicroestradiol. These two plant components cannot be found in other plants. Pueraria lobata and deoxymicroestradiol are the two plant components. This substance is highly homologous to estrogen secreted by women themselves.

I wasn't very fond of this supplement. It didn't relieve my cravings, even though I'm not a heavy drinker, but I still wanted a glass of wine after work. Maybe it works for people who drink a lot and constantly... But I didn't feel like eating at all while taking it... The size was big, hard to swallow, and the smell was disgusting. I'm giving it a 4, although I should have given it a lower rating, as it didn't do what it claimed to do.

Helps to stop staring at the phone and start doing things. I combine it with l-tyrosine and green tea. It helps little by little. The quality is good, but the pressed tablets themselves are not neutral in taste and are not swallowed so smoothly, and during storage they also swell and crack in our climate. And the dosage is two pieces. For the sake of benefit, you have to drink it. The ingredients are ok, but I don’t think I’ll buy from this company again.

I tried Pueraria from Planetary Herbals and here are my impressions of the product. Pros: Natural composition: This product is made from natural ingredients, which makes it safe and pleasant to use. I appreciate that it has no artificial additives or preservatives. Supporting women's health: Pueraria is known for its beneficial properties for women. I have noticed an improvement in the balance of hormones, which has had a positive effect on my overall well-being, especially during periods of hormonal changes. Skin improvement: After a few weeks of taking it, I noticed that the skin became more elastic and healthy. Apparently, this is related to the antioxidant properties of pueraria. Easy dosage: The capsules are easy to take and I didn't experience any problems swallowing them. Twice a day is recommended and it fits easily into my daily schedule.
