Planetary Herbals Full Spectrum™ Nopal Cactus turned out to be a gentle, steady supplement for appetite and blood‑sugar balance. I noticed that it helped smooth out my energy levels and reduced that heavy, sluggish feeling after meals. The capsules are easy to take, and the formula feels clean and natural.

Blood sugar

I got it for blood sugar regulation. It seems to help as I don’t feel tired after eating when I take this. It is a bit big to swallow but not too bad. Just once in the morning with breakfast seems to make a difference. There is a bit of a smell to it though.

I like this product because of its benefits. I saw improvements in my blood sugar levels after consistently taking this every morning. The dosage recommendation is also helpful, I usually take 1 tablet every morning. If I know that I will be having more sugar, carbs, or alcohol, I will take 2 tablets. It doesn’t taste like anything, it has clean ingredients. The quality of the product is also good, it doesn’t melt away, not powdery. Size is also good, easy to take with water.
