I finally found valerian tablets. The product is excellent quality, with natural ingredients. The tablets are very large, though, and while they are beneficial, they are a bit hard to swallow. The dosage is precise. The taste and smell are pleasant.

I'm taking it for the first time, the smell is a bit strong, like valerian, but it helps me fall asleep and calms me down quickly.

Easier fall asleep

This valerian ingredient supplement is high quality and well-formulated, combining 450 mg of standardized valerian root extract with additional whole root for balanced potency. I like that the dosage is simple—just one tablet about 30 minutes before bed—making it easy to stick to. The tablets are a good size, not too big to swallow, and the added calcium is a nice touch. It really helps promote calm and restful sleep as a benefit without grogginess the next morning.

Great for winding down
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I’ve been using full spectrum valerian tablets at night to help me relax before bed, and they really do the trick. Within about 30 minutes, I start to feel more settled and sleepy—perfect for winding down after a stressful day. There’s no grogginess the next morning, which I appreciate. The herbal smell is strong, but the tablets go down fine. It’s not a knockout pill, but it definitely helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Like if you would be so kind ❤️

The first time you open the box, it has a clear smell, but after you eat it, there is no smell. This means that the situation is normal. You take one pill a day after eating, before eating whatever suits you. For two weeks, I take one pill before bed, two hours later, I sleep what I noticed, it gives deeper sleep, and your psychological state improves. In principle, it is beautiful.

I'm used to another brand (Kruidvat Netherlands) that one works better for me but it isn't standardized like this one, the other(Kruidvat) one I take the recommended daily dosage, 3 pills all at once before sleeping, it also combines with Melissa well, so adding Melissa to this might be a good idea😉 smell is very recognizable and strong for valerian so i think it will be good quality

Excellent natural (herbal) supplement from valerian root (ingredients). I take one tablet before bed. The supplement really helps to relax, promotes restful sleep (improvements, benefits, dosage). The tablets are of normal size, have a specific smell of valerian (for me the smell is pleasant, natural). The quality is excellent.

A good sleeping pill. The tablets work faster than the capsules. I try to use them rarely so as not to get used to them.

Due to stress, I began to sleep poorly and I am accompanied by constant anxiety. This caused me to sleep poorly and was constantly stressed during the day, even when there was no reason for it. I started taking it 2 times a day, after about a week the feeling of anxiety began to subside and I began to sleep better. , the drug has a cumulative effect, the only smell of valerian is very pungent, but the drug has some benefits. The capsules are not small and not everyone can swallow them. The quality is good, the ingredients are a pure product judging by the smell
