I bought these for my daughter with atopic dermatitis. I gave them along with omega-3 and vitamin E, and this combination worked wonders! Her dryness went away. The capsules themselves are large, but my 5-year-old swallowed them just fine. You can puncture the capsule if necessary.

A quality supplement to support women's health. How it works. Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is a fatty acid that occurs naturally in borage oil. While GLA can be produced in the body, it can be more easily utilized when obtained directly from dietary sources. Through its role in the normal functioning of the immune system, GLA helps maintain the integrity of the skin barrier and supports a healthy vascular system. GLA has also been shown to be important for lung, joint and eye health. Studies have shown that borage oil is free of harmful pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs). The borage oil contained in this product is hexane-free and hexane-free.

Oils that are good for women's hormones
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Borage oil is extracted from the seeds of the borage plant (Borago officinalis). It is very high in the essential fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), an omega-6 that has anti-inflammatory and hormone-balancing properties. Borage oil helps moisturize the skin and reduces dry or inflamed skin, such as atopic dermatitis. It also helps reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) or hot flashes in menopausal women. In addition, the GLA in borage oil supports joint, heart, and immune system health. It is suitable for those who want to take care of their skin from the inside or women who want to maintain their natural hormone balance.

A great supplement to support the second phase of the cycle, it promotes progesterone synthesis, which in turn improves sleep and reduces inflammation.

One of the health foods commonly consumed by women
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I heard that it is one of the essential health foods for female hormones and organs, so I took advantage of the special price to buy it. It has a good value for money. In addition, my personal feeling is that it is not as effective as fish oil. Maybe I haven't used it for long enough.

Great supplement
सत्यापित खरीदारी
A great supplement that has had a positive impact on my health. I started taking it to improve my skin and support hormonal balance, and the results were immediate. Within a few weeks, my skin was more hydrated. The gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) in the composition not only helps the skin, but also supports the immune system in general and reduces inflammation in the body. The capsules are easy to take, and the product is of high quality. I am happy with the results. I will periodically repeat the courses.

SAY NO TO PMS
सत्यापित खरीदारी
The quality of the ingredients and the form of the capsules have really improved my health, especially in terms of women's health and ovarian function. I take the product regularly, and since then I have stopped suffering from chronic PMS, and my sleep has become deeper and calmer. At my age (30+), this is especially noticeable! The package lasts about a month with regular use, and the benefits can be felt even more when alternating with omega-3. Special thanks to my doctor @dr.galynaa for the recommendation! 🙏🏼
