I use this daily 3X (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) with food. It has all the supplements in one pill. I use this for my eyes that are not bad but are getting older. Easy to shallow, no after taste. The quality of vitamins is top quality. All ingredients in the supplement are what is needed for excellent eye care.

A good tool for optimizing vision processes. It helps improve visual function. The quality of the drug is high. Capsule size ~ 1 cm. Dose - 3 capsules per day. The taste is neutral, because these are capsules. I took it for a child, so I used a slightly smaller daily dose. But compared to pharmacy products, the complex is much higher quality, the advantage is immediately noticeable. Used for complex therapy. I have already ordered a second package.

An ophthalmologist recommended it, my vision started to decline. I decided to try this brand of supplement, I had previously ordered other supplements of this brand and noticed that they worked. The dosage is good, the composition of ingredients is rich. The capsules are small, you can feel the taste a little, it colors your urine. They recommend using it in courses. I have been using it for about two weeks and have not noticed anything yet, I think you need to drink it for 2-3 months and then take a break!

This supplement contains a combination of ingredients that are good for eye fatigue. There is no need to take anthocyanin and lutein separately, and it also contains other ingredients such as glutathione, CoQ10, alpha lipoic acid, NAC, and zinc, which are not only good for eye health, but also help smooth metabolism throughout the body and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
