Pure Encapsulations DIM Detox is part of my regimen to support healthy estrogen metabolism, particularly for estrogen dominance. It helps promote proper estrogen balance and fits well into an integrative approach to hormone health. As expected from Pure Encapsulations, the quality is reliable and easy to incorporate into a structured hormone-support plan.

The product is of high quality. Noticeable benefits for the body. I am happy with the result after the course of treatment. Natural composition, high dosage of active ingredients that replenish the deficiency in the body. The size is comfortable for use. The taste is neutral. The packaging is not large.

so grateful for this!

This is the best DIM formula I've found. It has personally really helped with breast pain concerns that I experience throughout the month. Overall I feel more balanced hormonally because of using this product. I take both capsules at lunch, which seems to be the right time of day for my needs.

DIM is a phytochemical called indole, which is a natural metabolite of compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage. The dosage is high and should be taken as directed by a doctor. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and each package lasts for a two-month course.

Great ingredients and helps liver!

My functional medicine practitioner suggested I take this to help support my liver in metabolizing excess estrogen in my body (due to endometriosis). It’s difficult to measure endometriosis affects since a surgeon would need to open my body but I notice other ways it seems my estrogen levels are a little better. I really love how this has NAC and alpha lipoic acid too which help me in my inflammation battle with endo too!

A good detox course. I take it before taking supplements. The body needs to cleanse itself so that all the vitamins and minerals can be absorbed properly.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stuff deserves it. I’m sleeping better, handling stress like a grown adult, and my afternoon crashes are practically gone.
