I really am a fan of Gaia Adrenal products, so this one was a temporary filler for me. It worked, but nothing beyond other products!

Adrenal Stability by Pure Essence is a powerful adaptogenic complex for adrenal support and stress management. The combination of ashwagandha, rhodiola, eleuthero, and schisandra helps balance cortisol levels and restore vitality. The vegetarian capsules are easy to digest and don't cause drowsiness. I've noticed a significant improvement in my mood and stamina throughout the workday. High-quality natural ingredients from a trusted brand.

Supports a healthy stress response, energy levels, mental focus, and mood. Chronic stress is extremely taxing on the adrenal glands and can undermine energy levels, mental focus, mood, immune function, and sleep patterns. Adrenal Stability is a sophisticated blend of cordyceps, ashwagandha, and supportive herbs that nourish the adrenals and support: A healthy stress response, healthy energy balance, mental focus and mood, and a healthy immune system.

I've been taking this for a few years and it's amazing. Ashwaganda plus various mushrooms and holy basil knock out stress and balance the body. No gluten.
