It helped me concentrate while studying and taking exams.

A great product that truly supports concentration and energy levels during intense studying. The effect is noticeable yet natural—it's easier to get into a work rhythm, maintain attention longer, and work without energy crashes. The capsules are well-tolerated and don't cause irritability or heart palpitations. This supplement truly helps during periods of intense mental effort. I highly recommend it.

This product has absolutely changed my energy and focus! I had been experiencing a lot of fatigue and brain fog, so I was looking for adaptogenic energy support and really liked the ingredient list on this product. I started taking two in the morning and noticed an immediate response in my energy levels and it’s only gotten better throughout the week with consistent use.

Pure Essence is known for quality formulations. The ingredients are well chosen for their stated benefits, there is no jittery effect and they don't need to be used every day. Once a day dosage is fine. The pills are the right size for swallowing and have no flavor.

The quality is excellent, the ingredients are as described, the quantity is appropriate, and the dosage is one tablet daily, but the effectiveness is difficult to judge.

The lack of caffeine makes it easy to take without fear of insomnia at night. Its ingredients are natural, which also gives it an advantage.

In winter I hibernate like a bear. And so, to somehow stir myself up, I take this supplement. It adds energy, and even the thought process seems to speed up.

Good energy booster

I can't say that the effect of energy was immediate, but it is definitely there. The menstrual cycle leveled off after the first week of taking it and still holds (after the end of the cycle of vitamins). I hope it will be like this for a long time. and energy was added, the strength to walk long distances in those moments where it was impossible before.
