Ideal vitamins for 50+
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Ideal vitamins for the body of a woman 55+. An effective and useful remedy! The taste is herbal, with a sourness. Very inconvenient size (large capsules), but I got used to kneading them. I will continue to buy. Dosage - 2 times a day (was enough for me to get results).

there's a scent however the quality is amazing, i've bought this for my mother i reckon twice or three times already. she stopped purchasing any other post-menopausal multivitamins. it's definitely in her routine, the packaging feels so high quality i wish there was larger with more tablets.

best suplements I ever had
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I keep buying it. I'm taking it for 6 months, and I feel good. I had very bad perymenoposal syndrome. I tried a lot of different supplements because I didn't want to take hormones, and nothing was working. but this little bottle has everything super balanced for women's health. I'm so happy u found it. will by must take every day forever. Women don't give up on yourself. Try ProFema. just make sure you are taking it for a few months before you start feeling the effects

When choosing a complex for menopause, it is important to consider your needs. This complex helped my friend a lot. It has everything necessary for the normal functioning of the female body during menopause. But you should not forget about the quality and quantity of sleep and nutrition. All this is important in the complex.

MOTOR ACTIVITY IS A NECESSARY CONDITION FOR A HEALTHY LIFE
सत्यापित खरीदारी
Movement is life and health, they said in ancient times. Movement is necessary to maintain health. In the age of technological development, our physical activity has decreased to a minimum. We get to work by public transport, we take the elevator to our apartment, we don't have to do hard physical work at home, because there are vacuum cleaners, washing machines and other benefits of civilization. In the evenings, we don't go for a walk, but watch TV or "walk" on the Internet. And the body's movement is necessary, without it our well-being will not improve. Sometimes it's easier to go to the gym or fitness center than to force yourself to do something at home. Walk! Choose what you like and do it! Of course, you can advise getting to work on foot and going upstairs without using the elevator. But we are always in a hurry! There is only one way out - the gym and active recreation. Physical activity is a necessity for a healthy lifestyle

Excellent supplement!!! I take four a day!! I sleep great, I am calm, I have more strength for work! The pleasant citrus smell of the capsules gives me vitality and a great mood! Despite the size of the capsule, it is not a problem to take it, washing it down with a small amount of water! Excellent supplement for my body!!!
