This complex with magnesium and blueberry extract has proven to be an excellent supplement for supporting the nervous system and eye health. The specially coated tablets are easy to swallow and don't cause stomach discomfort. I noticed a significant improvement in sleep quality and a reduction in muscle tension after workouts. The high-quality composition and high bioavailability of the ingredients fully meet my expectations. A real find.
