Cat Proof
Very unusual purchase reason but my cat loves to get at my makeup sponges and after spending like 100$ on them because he keeps finding them and destroying them, I decided to get this product with the protective case to prevent him from playing with it. I can confirm it 100% works and it is still in amazing condition aha. That being said the sponge itself is a really good quality sponge, it spreads and blends my foundation/ concealer very well and has lasted me 2 months now without any problems. The texture is high quality and again love the travel case even for when I went on vacation not too long ago was a big plus. I'd recommend to anyone with pets (cats) and that wants a good sponge for a good price!!Broke soon after purchase!
I am so disappointed with this product. After waiting for it to be back in stock for what felt like forever, I was so excited to get my hands on it. My RT sponges were previously leaving unsightly foundation marks on my makeup bag and brushes etc, so this seemed like a great solution. I opened up my makeup bag a few days a go to find the case inexplicably cracked along the 'seam' which means it no longer clicks together and is therefore completely useless. A waste of $9+, though at least it came with a sponge! Would not recommend (and I am a HUGE fan of Real Techniques and of Sam and Nic).
