Easy to use, fits well in the hand and files the claws efficiently without any effort. The diamond coating is effective, but at the same time delicate - the edges of the claws after processing are smooth and neat. I liked that the file is strong and looks durable. For home care of the dog - a very good thing. I am satisfied with the purchase!

Effective but a little cumbersome to use

Got this file to use after the nail trimmer from this same brand. The instructions say to move the file from back to front. There's a course grit on both sides of the concave shaped file that smooths the nail down pretty quickly -- you just need a few strokes. My only complaint is the file seems a little longer than it needs to be, moving it from back to front each time requires a lot of attention to positioning and it just feels too long

Such a good file!

I have Basset Hounds and they have very thick nails. This file really trims away the excess nail quickly. It's great for rounding the edges after a nail cut. I'm very happy with this file and it's long lasting.

My friend has a dog, and the dog has such a nail file. And a friend said that this nail file miraculously files gel nails if they break. I ordered this saw. And sure enough, this file cuts nails with ease. And my grandmother also fell in love with this file, because ordinary files do not take age nails.

Good and affordable overall

Got this for my large Labrador, with quite large and durable nails. After ruining countless of my own nail files, and putting in twice the effort, I got really fed up. I know Safari as a company with great quality products, so I went with this nail file. Overall I really can’t complain, it is a strong and the handle makes it very convenient to use. I was expecting it to be way less thin, so am a bit concerned it would wore out fast, but I guess it is my mistake for thinking I could avoid buying and using nail clippers by sticking to filing only…. :/ Size wise, it is not very big, but will work for large dog’s in my opinion. The shape is a bit rounded which benefits and helps a lot with the angles when needed. Hope this helps :) My best wishes to you and your puppy!!!

Essential tool
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I bought this nail file just to complete the value of my order, and I ended up being very grateful for it, since today it's a fundamental tool in my "Pet Tools" set. I always use it after trimming my dog's nails; the curvature of the image sheet is magnificent and fits perfectly to the curve of Giba's nail.

Unfortunately, I got it for my cats, and it is for dogs, but I thought it might work with them. Bad idea, and I give it 5 stars because it is written for dogs, and I am the one who decided to act silly.
