Selenium is an essential component of glutathione peroxidase (GPx), helping to eliminate free radicals and reduce cell aging and inflammation. If you experience any of the following symptoms, selenium supplementation is suitable: frequent fatigue, slow metabolism, hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's syndrome, frequent colds and viruses, hair loss, those who rarely eat seafood or nuts (more likely to be deficient), fatty liver, unstable liver function, or those who want to combat aging and enhance cellular antioxidant capacity. This bottle contains the perfect dosage for daily intake.

The convenience of being packaged in 100 capsules makes it very affordable and easy to use. The capsules are easy to swallow and I had no digestive problems or side effects after taking them. Although the 50 mcg dosage may seem small, I have noticed positive effects on my health after taking this product regularly. My skin has become healthier, and my immune system has become more resistant to viruses and infections.

Ideal Dosage for Thyroid Health
सत्यापित खरीदारी
I buy this selenium on the advice of a doctor to support the thyroid gland (especially important for those with AIT or iodine deficiency). The dosage of 50 mcg is simply ideal, as it is safe for long-term use and helps to gently fill the deficiency. I noticed that I had more energy, the constant coldness of my hands and feet disappeared. My hair fell out less, and a healthy shine appeared. Selenium is an indispensable trace element for immunity and cell youth. 50 mcg makes it easy to control the intake if you already get some selenium from food. The capsules are vegetable, without unnecessary impurities. Selenium works well in tandem with vitamin E. No side effects or discomfort in the stomach. Very satisfied! I recommend!

After Covid, the doctor recommended taking anticoagulants and vitamins to boost immunity. For some reason, I chose Selenium, I heard that it protects against free radicals. It seems to be just one microelement, but I really felt more energetic and full of strength.
