Nervous system health. Promotes energy metabolism at the cellular level. A balanced blend: all essential B vitamins in one easy-to-use serving. Most B vitamins are not stored in the body, so it's important to get enough of these nutrients daily. I take these vitamins in courses. They help calm the nervous system and replenish B vitamin deficiencies. I highly recommend them! The capsules are a good size with yellow powder inside. They're easy to swallow.

An excellent B vitamin complex, its quality has been tested many times. I try to take it once a year for health, energy, and beauty! The capsules are a convenient size and have almost no taste.

The quality of all of the soloray that I’ve ordered is completely excellent. I accidentally ordered this and gave it to one of my family members who needs all of the vitamin Bs so that worked out really good. I I’m taking each B separate. So Ray has an excellent selection of all the vitamin D and they are all working very well. The ingredients are minimal and super clean. It’s a very healthy product and I will continue to definitely order from the company. Definitely feel energy from each B vitamin that I’m taking and any product that I’m taking is absolutely working.

I like this but found that I prefer the effect and energy boost from liposomal B vitamins better. This one was ok but not quite the potency and quality. With a liposomal one I only need to take it about once or twice a week and I have energy to last me days.

A group of important water-soluble vitamins with similar functions in the body. B vitamins help maintain healthy hair and skin, normal nerve impulse transmission, immune system function, and healthy red blood cell formation. They also work together to support the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins for energy.

A product with significantly less of an aftertaste than others. Soothes and provides support and strength to the body on busy days. Also helped me with hair loss.
